- Desirable experience with various control panels (Hestia, DirectAdminin)
Responsibilities:
Answer customers' questions (work with the control panel, POP3, SMTP, FTP settings, other technical issues) by phone, e-mail, solve minor problems ( incorrectly filled data and settings in the control panel, access problems, etc.), questions about the administration of VPS and physical servers, initial configuration of servers, IPKVM connection, restarting servers.
