Technical support specialist at a hosting company in Frihost, OOO

A large hosting company needs a data center technical support employee.

Requirements:

Ability to work on the Internet with major clients (browsers: IE and Mozilla, mail clients: The bat, outlook, FTP clients: IE, Far, Cute FTP;

• Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL;
• Able to read and understand Apache, Nginx, Exim logs;
• Know and understand DNS
• Experience in web design, work with Joomla, Wordpress is welcome
• Command line skills Linux;
• Communication, patience, emotional balance, ability to learn.
• Desirable experience with various control panels (Hestia, DirectAdminin)

Responsibilities:

Answer customers' questions (work with the control panel, POP3, SMTP, FTP settings, other technical issues) by phone, e-mail, solve minor problems ( incorrectly filled data and settings in the control panel, access problems, etc.), questions about the administration of VPS and physical servers, initial configuration of servers, IPKVM connection, restarting servers.
