LMS Collaborator is a multi-functional platform for adaptation, training, certification and development of company personnel with flexible integration options, which has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for many years and plans to enter European markets. not critical, if from another direction; 1 year or more experience in technical support and/or IT will be a plus, but not required; I am ready to teach, if the candidate is ready to develop and work; communication skills with clients, the ability to listen, understand the client, to convey the necessary information in a client-oriented way; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL (will be a significant plus, but not critical; I am ready to teach); attentiveness, politeness, perseverance , the ability to work for results, the ability to work in a team; knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Google sheets—mandatory; of error tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, etc.) — non-critical, ready to train; Responsibilities: fast processing of customer requests; coordination and control of deadlines for the fulfillment of requests from customers; verification of detected defects and formation of tasks for their finalization by our QA-Team; transfer of appeals regarding development of the functionality of the platform to the Customer Success Team; advising clients on the use of LMS Collaborator and its functionality; conducting presentations and training clients to use the functions of LMS Collaborator.
