Our ideal candidate: must speak German at the level of B1; knowledge of English will be a plus; has experience in support, experience in communicating with clients in tickets, chats (but if there is no experience, but there is a great desire to learn, that is also the norm) ; interested in the topic of trading; writes competently and communicates correctly with clients, takes responsibility for work, is open, knows how to work in a team, strives for development and self-improvement, because ATAS provides exactly such an opportunity. Will do everything necessary: ​​answer written tickets, chat with platform users; advise clients on questions, related to the use of the ATAS platform by employees; settle conflict situations within their competence.
