The main thing!!! —night shifts, work schedule 8:00 p.m.—8:00 a.m. What will be done at work: Processing applications at the Service Desk: classification, processing, diagnosis, resolution or transfer of user appeals for all organizational issues; Support for the functioning of system and special software; Remote support for users, detection and troubleshooting. All experience is important for us: Ability to work with programs for remote support of workstation administration; Confident user of the MS Office suite of programs; Basic knowledge of MSSQL; Experience working as a support worker, system administrator (preferred); Education related to IT is an additional advantage; Responsibility, punctuality, communication skills.
