Requirements for candidates: - Understanding working principles of GET and POST requests; - Orientation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript with a desire to explore their possibilities in the context of technical support tasks; - Understanding of working principles of web servers, DNS; - Skills of web server deployment, domain connection and landing page loading will be a plus ;- Effective communication skills and interaction with clients, the ability to explain technical concepts to users;- Experience in maintaining documentation and creating instructions for users. What will need to be done:- Help external (partners) and internal users with problems in the operation of the company's products;- Help with API integrations to new and existing partners; - Analysis of third-party CRM/Tracking systems to speed up API integrations in the future; - Help in case of difficulties with completed integrations.
