Technical support specialist in Hicell Telecommunication

We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team. Offices in the city of Kyiv and Kropyvnytskyi full-time. Basic requirements:- SMPP, Pcap dump- Grafana- Postman- Work experience in customer support from 1 year.- Competent oral and written language (Ukrainian, English not lower than B1).- High-quality skills and productive dialogue in chats.- Analytical and research skills.- Orientation on the client and on results.- Willingness and willingness to work in a team. , in the customer support chat and any other means of communication in accordance with the instructions of the management.- Solving customer requests and problems.- Creating configurations for connecting suppliers.- Configuring mail parsing configurations for new connections.- Monitoring the main indicators of the state of services.- Communication with other departments of our company.- Solving client requests- Configuring SMPP, HTTP API configurations- Working with logs, dumps- Working with system bugs (from all system users) It will be a plus:- Experience in writing technical documentation.- Experience in working with mobile devices .- Work experience in telecom.- Technical education.
