You can work in a team. It will be an advantage: Work experience or minimal knowledge of Linux. Understanding what is "Hosting, VPS, Dedicated servers, SSL Certificates, Cloudflare; Domain & domain zones". Key responsibilities: Providing technical support to customers by phone, online chat, through the request system. Helping customers solve existing problems, consulting on company services.
