We are united by common goals and interests and are looking for a technical support specialist who will perfectly complement our team:) What we expect: - experience in setting up network equipment (router, network card, IP phone) - understanding of the basic principles of work in Linux/Unix systems - general understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, NAT, the differences between TCP and UDP - experience working in TeamViewer, AnyDesk - understanding what IP telephony is - initiative, independence and maximum interest in solving the client's issues - Upper-Intermediate+ English - ability to resolve conflict situations with the client - sociability and sociability - stress resistance - multitasking. What will you do: - connect clients to the cloud telephony system - help clients solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services - configure client telephony (via the web interface) - remotely install software (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk) - configure remote network equipment - to receive customer requests through calls or Telegram bots.
