Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• monitoring of services and performance of the data transmission network;
• localization, initial diagnostics, elimination/recovery/escalation of incidents;
• consultation of subscribers by phone and e-mail on technical issues related to of services provided;
• technical support of the company's clients;
• control of planned and emergency services;
• work on configuration of network equipment when including subscribers of basic services.

Requirements:

• higher education (perhaps a student);
• basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack, network technologies, channel-forming equipment, routing protocols;
• skills for working with software for working with services Internet (setting up network connections, browsers, email clients, etc.);
• knowledge and understanding of monitoring system operation (Cacti, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.);
• basic knowledge of Unix-like operating systems;
• written technical English;
• literate language, ability to clearly express one's thoughts;
• attention, ability to work in a team;
• education, ability to make independent decisions, desire to work.
