The company ExtraTraff is looking for a technical support person to perform the following duties:

• administrating accounts;
• technical testing of advertising campaigns;
• filling in reports;
• fulfilling tasks on orders (setting up push-distributions by task, performing tasks according to instructions).

• Communicable; li>Able to communicate effectively with various groups of people, including those who are not computer literate;
• Have a desire to develop in the field of traffic arbitration;
• Willing to self-improve;
• You quickly learn and master new technologies.
• Critical thinker;
• Able to work in multitasking conditions;
• Want to work in a team and interact with colleagues;
• Flexible and adaptive.

< strong>Hard skills:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure: experience with modern OS (Windows, IOS);
• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting ( not required)

It will be an advantage:

• Proficiency in Excel;
• Knowledge of browsers, VPN and proxy servers.

Working conditions:
From Monday to Friday , from 09:00 to 18:00.
