We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist in which will include: receiving incoming calls from customers; providing technical advice on issues related to connecting equipment; investigating "complex" requests from customers, involving related departments in solving them; conducting equipment testing; communicating with engineers to exchange data about the characteristics, questions and problems when using specific equipment.
