Technical support, repair or modernization of computer and network equipment, agreed software supporting the company's business processes (installation, updates, additional settings, etc.). Updating the Windows operating system and software on workstations, monitoring backups. Solving technical issues and coordinating with Internet service providers. Technical support of office equipment, video surveillance systems, visitor counts, anti-theft gates, and other systems: Escalation of appeals and control of the work of service centers — companies that provide installation, adjustment, and repair services. Purchase of computer equipment: Identification of needs, coordination, purchase and installation of new equipment. Keeping records of computer inventory. Preparation of documents for the arrival, movement and shipment of equipment. Conducting an inventory of computer equipment and other technical devices. Interaction with contractors: Management of interaction with contractors (contracts, documents, mutual settlements). Necessary skills and qualifications: Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system and other operating systems. Understanding the principles of network architecture. Experience working with hardware (POS terminals, PPOs, routers, switches, etc.). Understanding the basic principles of IT security. Knowledge of the principles of work in AD. Understanding of basic security policies and group policies in the context of network management. Basic knowledge of SQL. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with users of all skill levels. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. problem-solving: Ability to quickly analyze, identify problem areas in the network and systems, solve technical problems. Effective management of time and priorities to solve urgent tasks. Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to optimize work processes. Independence and initiative: Ability to work independently and take solutions in situations when it is necessary. Initiative in finding new opportunities to improve the technical infrastructure. Working conditions: working day from 9 to 18. if necessary, support during the contractual time.
