Technical Support Specialist is the same Poster support manager, but narrowly focused on working with equipment. Our customers consider our support to be the best, and it really is. We are made for each other if you: Have experience working with network equipment (Mikrotik, Asus routers; network printers); Understand , that respect and care for the client is a must have; You have experience working in customer service, a call center (it is not necessary, but it will be an advantage); You have a great desire to learn and develop quickly; You are able to simply explain complex things; competent oral and written language; Ready for a 2/2 work schedule (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.). What you will do: Remotely configure equipment or a network at the client's facility; Advise Customer Support managers on equipment configuration issues (printers, fiscal registers, scales) or networks at the client's facility; Process requests from Customer Support regarding technical errors in the operation of network equipment; Communicate with customers by phone or in chat; Constantly study the product and its functions, monitor new features; Observe and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs, to make the Poster product better together with other teams.
