This is a software cash register that completely replaces a cash register and turns a smartphone / tablet / PC / POS terminal into a cash register, terminal and scanner. The service was started by Dmytro Dubilet and Andriy Sukhov, who, together with the IT team, were engaged in the development and implementation of PRRO. The product and the number of satisfied customers are growing rapidly. That is why the Support team is open to motivated and energetic technical support specialists. You are not tied to a location, the office is anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection. You manage your career and schedule. All you need for work is a comfortable, quiet workplace, a headset (provided by the company if necessary), competent speech and the ability to explain complex things in simple words. We will teach others :) Main tasks: advising customers in chats and by phone (over time); remote assistance with setting up software PRO; quick response and resolution of requests; in the future, remote connection to windows/linux workstations for the purpose of diagnosing and solving problems is possible in the work of PRRO. It is important for us: experience of working with people in chat mode, calls or live. It will be a plus: technical education and knowledge of SQL; understanding of the principles of the ServiceDesk service. Personal qualities: love for people and communication; competent Ukrainian language; customer orientation and endurance ; multitasking; independence in solving problems; proactive position.
