Technical support specialist in Pharmbills

Our specialists are located in the USA, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Portugal and Georgia. We are developing and hiring new employees for the position of Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of the English language. You can work remotely. However, we have offices equipped with generators and internet in Kyiv, Odesa and Vinnytsia. As part of the US team, you will work in the New York time zone (EST). Technical Support Specialist Duties: Resolve technical issues and customer inquiries Contact customers by phone Handle incoming messages from various internal sources (automated task creation systems, emails, messengers )Analyze incoming problems and determine the correct way to solve them Send incoming tasks to the appropriate specialists within your team and other teams Accompany the execution of tasks If necessary, collect additional information for task execution Keep a history of tasks assigned Keep records in the calendar and time counting system Our requirements for the candidate: Oral and written English language skills B2+ General understanding of computer architecture and network technologies Basic knowledge of the Windows server environment Understanding of the technology of providing services through Cloud services The ability to recognize the sources of problems and errors in the documentation Fluency and orientation simultaneously in different systems and interfaces Be attentive to details Have strong organizational skills Be able to work in multitasking conditions We offer: remote/hybrid work; formal collaboration; medical insurance after the end of the trial period; fixed working hours on the New York schedule without overtime; working with top management in the USA; supporting the Team Lead and the manager in the USA , which help to get used to working processes; necessary equipment for working from home; constant communication with native speakers (USA); — a taxi home at the end of the working day, provided you work from the office.
