We are looking for a technical support specialist in the city of Kyiv and Kropyvnytskyi for full-time office work in our team. Basic requirements: SMPP, Pcap dumpGrafanaPostmanExperience in customer support from 1 year Competent oral and written language (Ukrainian, English not lower than B1). Ability to conduct qualitative and productive dialogue in chats. Analytical and research skills. Customer and result oriented. Willingness and willingness to work in a team. Duties: Quick and attentive response to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers via email, text, customer support chat and any other means of communication as directed by management. Resolve customer inquiries and issues. Create configurations for vendor connections. Set up mail parsing configurations for new connections. Monitoring of the main indicators of the state of services. Communication with other departments of our company. Solving client requests. Setting up SMPP, HTTP API configurations. Work with logs, dumps. Work with system bugs (from all system users). Will be a plus: Experience in writing technical documentation. in telecom. Technical education.
