Basic requirements: SMPP, Pcap dumpGrafanaPostmanExperience in customer support from 1 year Competent oral and written language (Ukrainian, English not lower than B1). Ability to conduct qualitative and productive dialogue in chats. Analytical and research skills. Customer and result oriented. Willingness and willingness to work in a team. Duties: Quick and attentive response to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers via email, text, customer support chat and any other means of communication as directed by management.
