We are looking for responsible and attentive specialists of the Support department with knowledge of the English language, the desire and ability to work with large volumes information The complex of solutions that we create allows us to grow professionals and develop the business of our partners for more than 6 years. Our team consists of 3 areas of development, a huge technical support team, sales and analytics. The entire process of product creation takes place in one company. Currently, the TrackEnsure team consists of more than 1,000 people, and our offices are located in 4 cities of Ukraine: Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kyiv and Kharkiv. What knowledge and skills are required: knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; the desire and ability to work with large amounts of information; responsibility and attentiveness. It will be an advantage: experience working in Support/Customer Care; experience working with telephony. What will be the tasks: Telephone customer support — users of our mobile application (English and Russian languages); Customer support via email.
