Technical support specialist in Binotel, TOV

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring high-quality and fast resolution of their problems. What you will do: answer phone calls of the first line of technical support; set up a virtual PBX in our internal tools; advise customers on the correct and high-quality use of our product; conduct initial diagnostics of the client's problem; transfer tasks to the second line of technical support or another specialist.
