NIC.UA is the largest domain registrar in Ukraine. We invite to work a 24-hour support service employee, ready to work with us to develop the best Uanet project in the field of domain registration and hosting. Responsibilities: Providing technical support to customers by mail (email) and phone. Helping customers in solving technical problems related to related to the registration of domain names and hosting settings. Requirements: Knowledge (reading and full understanding) of the English language. Fluency in English will be an advantage. Higher education in a technical direction (preferred). Knowledge of the DNS system and basic commands for diagnostics (whois, dig, host, traceroute, mtr). Knowledge or experience of working with popular CMS for sites. Experience in the field of technical support will be an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and desire to develop. Fluent in Ukrainian and English. If you have other language skills, it will only be an advantage. Conditions: Provision of all necessary devices for work. Paid internship. Possibility to work remotely (after internship).
