Main tasks: Technical support of clients (incoming calls, mail); Identifying and solving client problems related to the lack of access to the Internet and/or Television; Consulting users on the use of services; Monitoring the operation of the company's equipment. Working conditions: Work in the office, shift schedule 2/2 (15−16 shifts per month), with 1 night shift on Sunday; Official employment (internships are paid); Paid vacation 24 calendar days days, sick leave; Opportunities for career and professional growth.
