Responsibilities: Solving requests from external and internal users; Monitoring systems for errors; Informing relevant departments about incidents; Maintenance of internal documentation of the department, reporting. Who we need: Confident PC user; Experienced in the HelpDesk system; Skilled in working with databases; With an understanding of API work; A person who enjoys communication and solving user problems. It will be a plus: Experience with Active Directory, DevTools; Experience with Postmam or Swagger; Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle; Experience as a tester; Experience working with a monitoring system (zabbix, dynatrace, riverbed, etc.); Experience working in a bank or other financial institution, including e-com; Active user of mobile banking applications.
