Main duties: receiving and sorting applications; resolving first level support applications; daily collection of user requests laboratory and office, registering their appeals, solving these applications; monitoring the statuses of second-level applications and communicating with administrators; monitoring application deadlines; writing instructions for users; communicating with users; debugging software and peripherals; monitoring the statuses of services and devices on Zabbix monitoring and Dude; tracking WSUS update installation statuses. It is important for us that you: know how to install and maintain Windows 7, 8, 10 OS; know how to configure and support peripheral devices; know how to manage users in AD; have skills with WSUS (monitoring and applying updates) ; had good communication skills; were able to work in a team.
