Technical support specialist in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• support e-commerce service partners, coordinate interaction processes and provide the necessary support to ensure successful and sustainable partnership relationships;
• systematic monitoring and analysis of logs with the aim of prompt response for technical failures and providing solutions to ensure uninterrupted functioning of the bank's e-commerce services.
• provide comprehensive support and provide advice to partners during the integration of the bank's e-commerce services with the use of ARI.
• form and regularly update analytical reports of e-commerce services;
• participate in departmental projects aimed at improving business processes and increasing the efficiency of development of the Bank's e-commerce services products.

• complete higher education;
• work experience from 1 year;
