Technical support specialist

An international company, one of the leaders in IT equipment and software maintenance, announces a competition for a vacancy "Technical support specialist".

Responsibilities:

• receiving requests from clients/users, determining the causes of a problem for clients, taking measures to solve it , sending requests to the next level of support if necessary;
• adding information to the web application about the problem or request in English;
• tracking the execution of requests from the acceptance of the application to the resolution of the problem within the agreed time frame;
• informing the client about solving the problem.

Requirements:

• education - higher, incomplete higher;
• experience in user support is not required, but preferred;
• basic knowledge of technical support tasks (SLA, priorities, support levels);
• gender does not matter, it is important to have basic technical knowledge about the computer, OS, connecting peripheral devices;
• basic knowledge of installing and maintaining MS Windows operating systems, knowledge of MS Office applications at the level of an experienced user;
• basic skills of working with a computer network;
• solving simple technical issues;
• knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level and above;
• sociability, attentiveness, responsibility.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: MON-FRI, 9:00-18:00;
• official registration from the first day of work;
• the company conducts employee training;
• salary during the trial period 20,000 UAH, after the trial period 25,000 UAH;
• trial period of 3 months;
• the place of work is Boryspil, there is transportation from Kyiv (Obolon, Chernihiv, Kharkiv).
