Technical support specialist (1st line) in TGI

The TGI company works in the B2B segment, specializing in the development of CRM systems, marketing networks and microservices for business, and we provide full technical support to our customers. Contact with staff expansion, looking for a technical support specialist (1st line). Requirements: Experience of working in online chats/technical support from 6 months; Understanding of work processes in the technical support department; Experience of working with logs; Experience in initial testing of errors will be a plus; Proficiency in English is desirable (B2 written); Willingness to work in shifts (after six months minimum); Competent written language; Willingness to develop (administrative or technical direction). Duties: Consulting clients on issues related to the use of company products (100% online chats); Resolving controversial issues and resolving conflict situations; Processing basic customer requests; Initial testing of errors; Interaction with the development team; Completing tasks in accordance with established procedures, rules and instructions.
