1C technical support specialist (support) in Lasunka-Market, ChP

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of IT or in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Understanding the business processes of trade and manufacturing enterprises;
• Experience in solving user requests;
• Writing user instructions;
• Experience in working on the line consultations;
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 Enterprise, Excel
• Practical experience of writing technical specifications for the development team, supporting development, testing and user training

Working conditions:

• work schedule Mon-Fri,from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sat-Sun - weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Consulting and training of users of information systems (1C 8.3, FREDO);
• Help in identifying errors in IS and their correction;

• Administration of system users (entering the database, granting access rights);
• Processing tasks from users.
