What is important for us: Knowledge and experience of working with 1C 8.3 UT, PT, ERP, WMS; Knowledge of PC hardware; Experience of working with network equipment; Experience of working with trading equipment (barcode scanner, label printer, check printer, fiscal registrar, TSD); Ability to remotely identify and eliminate a problem with a PC; Remote user consultation. Functional duties: Technical support for the operation of computer, network equipment, office equipment, software; working with the 1C business system; Support of the company's IT services; Processing and fulfillment of requests from users, trips to facilities for troubleshooting; Equipment accounting.
