What is important for us: Knowledge and experience of working with 1C 8.3 UT, PT, ERP, WMS; Knowledge of PC hardware; Experience of working with network equipment; Experience of working with trade equipment (bar code scanner , label printer, check printer, fiscal registrar, TSD); Ability to remotely determine and eliminate a problem with a PC; Remote consulting of users. Functional duties: Technical support for the operation of computer, network equipment, office equipment, software; Support and consulting of users on working with the 1C business system; Support of the company's IT services; Processing and fulfillment of requests from users, trips to facilities to eliminate malfunctions; Equipment accounting.
