Technical support specialist remotely TrackEnsure is a place to work. We are a product IT company that develops software in the field of logistics, tracking business, warehouse accounting and finance. We are looking for responsible and attentive specialists of the Support department with knowledge of the English language, the desire to work with large volumes of information. The complex of solutions that we create allows us to grow professionals and develop the business of our partners for more than 6 years. Our team consists of 3 areas of development, a huge technical support team, a sales department and analytics. The whole process of creating the product is done by the water company. Currently, the TrackEnsure team consists of more than 1,000 people, our offices are located in 4 cities of Ukraine: Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kyiv and Kharkiv. What kind of knowledge is required for the course: knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; the desire to work with large volumes of information; responsibility and importance. It will be an advantage: work experience in Support/Customer Care; experience working with telephony. What will be the tasks: Telephone support of customers — users of our mobile application (English and Russian languages); Customer support via email.
