What we expect from you:

• Technical education (will be an advantage)

• Experience in IT support (will be an advantage)

• Understanding the principles of operation of computer networks and operating systems

• Skills in working with software and technical equipment

Your tasks:

• Providing technical support to clients (phone, email)

• Analyzing and resolving technical inquiries regarding the operation of the software

• Registering and managing applications in the support system

• Diagnosing and eliminating technical malfunctions

• Interacting with other departments to promptly resolve customer issues questions
