We invite a Technical Support Specialist (1 line) to join the team, who will become part of the newly created Service Desk and will help employees promptly solve technical issues.

The main tasks of the position:

Provide a fast and high-quality first line of technical support for company employees: reception, processing and resolution of appeals in accordance with internal standards.

Your main tasks

  • Acceptance and registration of user appeals
  • Initial diagnosis and resolution incidents
  • Administration of accounts and access rights
  • Workplace support (PCs, laptops, printers, MFPs, cash register equipment, TSD)
  • Working with the ticket system
  • Escalation of complex requests to the second line of support
  • User consultation
  • Filling and updating the knowledge base

Requirements for candidate:

  • Sure knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of 1C, Odoo, IT-Enterprise (will be an advantage)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP basics
  • Basic skills of working with Active Directory
  • Experience of working with ticket systems
  • Skills of remote support (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Communicative and courteous

  • Service orientation
  • Minimum experience: from 6 months in the field of technical support or customer service
  • Optimum experience: 1-2 years in Service Desk / Helpdesk

  • Ukrainian - fluent, English - basic (A1/A2)
