Our expectations from the candidate:
Experience with Windows OS (workstations);
Understanding the principles of operation:
cash and sales equipment;
PRRO;
1C (user level);
Experience or confident use of remote support tools (RDS, AnyDesk).
Main duties:
Reception and processing of user requests via HelpDesk, phone, Viber;
Remote resolution of hardware and software problems support;
Support:
PCs of administrators and users;
cash register equipment;
weighing equipment;
PRRO;
ERP / 1C (at the user level);
Maintenance of network equipment on the basic levels;
Remote work with users (RDS, AnyDesk);
Escalation of complex incidents to the 2nd line of support (analysts, engineers);
Control of the correct and timely closure of incidents.
