Today in you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and values, because we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Kyiv).

We need you, if:

  • You have experience with customer inquiries (phone/mail/chat) and Service Desk / CRM systems

  • You have a higher education (or are studying at the latest courses)

  • You can communicate clearly, write competently in Ukrainian and keep calm in difficult situations

  • Attentive to details and like to understand the causes of a problem, not just next”

  • Intermediate+ English will be a plus

It will be a plus if you:

  • You are familiar with OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux/Android/iOS) and browsers

  • You know how to use DevTools (Console/Network/Storage)

  • You have a basic understanding of API (REST/JSON)

  • You know how to issue bug reports (steps/expected/fact/evidence) and have worked with Jira/YouTrack/Trello or similar

What will you do:

  • Accept and process applications from employers and job seekers (phone, mail, messengers, chats)

  • Advise customers about the operation of robota.ua services and help find solutions

  • Diagnoses technical issues: collect details, check reproducibility, record facts

  • Transmit tasks development with a high-quality description and all the necessary data

  • Assist with settings and basic troubleshooting

  • Support customers with online payment issues (on request)

  • Perform initial functional testing and smoke tests after updates

  • Advise company colleagues regarding the site and internal admin systems

  • Interact with other teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, QA) so that the client got the result quickly
