Technical support specialist in TMM-Yukreyn

Our company "TMM-Ukraine" is already 13 years old and we occupy a leading position among indoor operators in Ukraine. We provide music and video design services in shopping centers and supermarkets of the country. Leading companies cooperate with us: Respublika Park Shopping Center, Blockbuster Mall, Lavina Mall, TSUM, Ocean Plaza, Sky Mall, GLOBUS, Dream Town, Art Mall, Mandarin Plaza, РайON, supermarket chain NOVUS, Rulka and many others throughout Ukraine. 

In our company, we are looking for a specialist in the technical support department.

Responsibilities:

• installation of software for audio and video stations;
• network setup;
• installation of stations in retail establishments, connection of audio and video to broadcasting equipment, connection to a computer network;
• work with software companies;
• maintenance of stations during operation.

Our requirements:

• experience as an engineer, technical specialist is desirable;
• professional PC skills, experience with Linux and Windows operating systems;
• knowledge of computer equipment and network technologies
• knowledge of audio and video signal transmission methods; 
• ability to read and understand technical documentation in English; 
• responsible attitude to work; 
• ability to quickly and efficiently solve technical problems; 
• high responsibility and focus on results.
