We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Your tasks:

• Consulting clients on connecting and configuring GPS trackers, car alarms and related equipment.
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems (errors in data display, incorrect operation of devices, lack of communication).
• Supporting users in mobile and web applications (transport monitoring, remote control).
• Interaction with installers and partners to quickly eliminate technical failures.
• Maintenance of documentation and knowledge base (FAQ, instructions, short guides for users).

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support (preferably in the field of automotive electronics, GPS or security systems).
• Understanding the principles of operation of GPS/GSM devices, car alarms, CAN-bus.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, GPRS, LTE, SIM cards).
• Ability to work with ticket systems and remote access.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, stress resistance.
