The Interpipe company is looking for a specialist for the first line of technical support. The position is suitable for senior students or graduates who want to start a career in IT.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, register and classify user requests (incidents and service requests).
• Initial diagnosis and resolution of standard issues.
• Monitor the status of open incidents and inform users of progress.
• Filling internal knowledge base and maintenance of simple documentation.
• Formation of applications based on the data of monitoring systems.
• Identify and quickly solve technical issues

• Basic knowledge in IT and understanding of the principles of computer and software operation.
• Sure working skills with a PC and the MS Office package.
• Ability analyze information.
• Communication, responsibility, ability to work in stressful situations.
