• Reception and registration of user requests (chats, calls, mail).
• Classification and prioritization of requests.
• Providing ready-made solutions from the knowledge base.
• Assisting users in solving typical technical problems (passwords, access, standard errors).

What is important to us:

• Understanding principles of computers and programs.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems (CRM, ERP, 1C will be a plus).
• The ability to quickly search for information in the knowledge base and apply it.
• Skills of competent written and oral communication.

What working conditions do we offer:

• salary consists of a rate and a bonus for meeting the standardsand - from 23,000 to 27,600 style="vertical-align: inherit">work schedule - 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00
