What you will do:

• Accept customer inquiries by phone

• Troubleshoot remotely

• Administer and maintain the software

• Advise users on working with the program

• Form technical requests at the Service Desk

• The first month of work - study in the office, then work remotely

Who we are looking for:

• Experience is not necessary - the main desire to learn

• Confident command of a PC at the administrator level

• High level of customer orientation and stress resistance

• Ability to work with technical tasks and requests

• Willingness to take responsibility and work for results

• We can consider students senior courses with a flexible schedule

The advantage will be:
