In connection with development, we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to work with the architecture of the bank's software products.

Tasks that await you:

• Providing the first line of technical support for bank employees;
• Reception, registration and processing of user requests (by phone, e-mail, through the ServiceDesk system);
• hardware and software troubleshooting; • Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems, office software, antivirus;
• Maintenance of computer equipment;
• Ensuring physical connection of new workplaces (network, peripherals);
• Technical support during scheduled updates, checks and audits.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Good knowledge of Windows (10/11), MS Office, antivirus software;
• Understanding the principles of operation of local networks, hardware, printing equipment;
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, IP addressing, remote access (RDP, VPN);
• Ability to quickly diagnose and eliminate technical problems;
• High customer orientation, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
