Basic responsibilities:

• Receiving applications in service software
• system, applied software and equipment of the enterprise
• maintenance, debugging printers, thermal printers, system blocks, scanners and other equipment
• installation of OS and applied programs on PCs, adjusting peripheral devices, connecting PC to the LAN, setting up drivers, setting up drivers, setting up drivers. (Prompt support of equipment, rebooting servers and active network equipment, solving local network problems)
• Communication with users, solving technical problems related to software and hardware of PC users, office office equipment
