We are inviting a specialist to the team for the position of Technical Support Specialist.Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Higher technical education
• Experience in laying a computer network and connecting equipment
• Experience in setting up network equipment and working with cash register equipment

Functional responsibilities:

• Monitoring the availability of network nodes (routers, switches, access points) and services, restoring the functionality of nodes, the availability of services in the event of their "fall"
• Design, construction, modernization of wired and wireless networks at new and current company facilities
• Maintenance, repair, modernization of computer equipment, peripherals and trade equipment
• Administration of computer equipment running Windows, macOS, Linux (OS installation, software, troubleshooting)
• User support, processing of incoming requests from users, if necessary, transfer of requests to profile employees and control over their implementation
