Technical support specialist in Retail Soft Consulting, TOV

We are a supplier and integrator of Syrve software. We have been implementing Syrve software for restaurants and providing technical support services to our customers since 2012.

Requirements:

• PC knowledge at the level of system administrator
• local and remote experience network administration
• experience installing operating systems and other software
• communication
• fluency in the Ukrainian language

Preference will be:

• experience in technical support
• experience with network or POS equipment

Responsibilities:

• receiving requests from customers and remote assistance
• registration of requests and their further processing
• software administration
• consultation and information user support
• remote connection and configuration of POS equipment

Working conditions:

• variable schedule (08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 16:00-00:00)
• paid vacation
• training at the expense of the company
• material and technical support
• regular review of salary according to acquired skills and knowledge

We prefer candidates from 18 to 30 years old.
