Goal:Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of communications, computer, office equipment and installed software at the specified level of user service.

Main duties:

• Debugging, diagnostics and repair of PCs and laptops
• Technical support for meetings
• Installation and connection of telecommunications equipment
• Helping users with technical issues

Basic requirements:

• Experience in installing, configuring and supporting operating systems (Windows, linux, MacOS)
• Experience in installing and administering software for video conferencing equipment (zoom, google meet, webex, microsoft teams)
• Experience in the field of user support
• Knowledge of maintenance and operation of computer, office equipment, network equipment and structured cable networks
