In connection with the expansion of the staff technical support WOW Corporation offers to be part of a friendly team.

What need to do:

• Making calls, processing requests in the Helpdesk system;
• Providing consultation support from services and products, user support;
• Primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the user and remote access to the computer;
• Diagnosis and resolution of user problems when working with software security that is used;
• Observance of technical regulations and established rules in the company;
• Constant self-education of skills and knowledge in the field of providing technical support to customers.

• Standard schedule from 09:00 to 21:00, alternating 2/2< /b>;

Who we need:

• Secondary special education;
• Ability to work autonomously when the light is turned off;
• Knowledge

• Clear diction, competent language, fluency in Russian;
• In-depth knowledge of the MS Office package, Windows 7, 8, 10 and standard office software;
• Experience with remote access programs (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc. ) will be an advantage;
• Understanding and experience in local network configuration (TCP/IP, DHCP);
• Skills working with antivirus programs (ESET, Kaspersky, DrWeb, etc.);
• Politeness, stress resistance, sociability.
