Main tasks:

  • consulting customers in chats and by phone (with time);
  • remote assistance with setting up the software;
  • quick response and resolution requests;
  • in the future, remote connection to windows/linux workstations is possible for the purpose of diagnosing and solving problems in the work of the PRRO.

  • having experience working in technical support in chat, call or live modefrom 1 year;
  • availability of equipment to work from home and backup power source.
