NovaPay Financial Company (group of "NOVA" companies) in connection with the expansion of the staff, announces a competition for the vacancy Technical support specialist who will deal with setting up workplaces and IT infrastructure services.

• Administration of Active Directory (creating accounts).
• Distribution of user access to network resources. 
• Installation, configuration and administration of workstations.
• Installation, configuration of Microsoft Office 2016, MS365.
• Installation and configuration of peripheral equipment. 
• User support for PC and software setup (Windows / Ubuntu, MS Office, etc.). 
• Reception, processing, registration of applications in the Service Desk system. 
• Modernization of computer equipment. 
• Keeping a log of computer equipment, consumables for peripheral equipment.
• Negotiations with existing and potential partners.
• Organization and control of settlements with contractors . 
• Delivery of computer equipment.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 1 year or more.< /li>
• Experience in installing, configuring and administering workstations running Windows 10.
• Installing, configuring Microsoft Office 2016, MS365.
• Skills in working with office equipment and peripheral devices , elimination of minor problems. 
• Assembly, minor repair and maintenance of computers.
