Functional duties< strong style="font-weight: 700">:

• performance of work on preparation of computer equipment for operation and its testing;
• maintenance of PCs, office equipment (diagnosis, cleaning, modular repair);
• maintenance of a database of equipment used at the enterprise, inventory;
• registration of user requests in the ServiceDesk system ;
• keeping a log with a description of actions taken and decisions made, followed by entering decisions into a single database;
• processing of user appeals within the established deadlines.

We are waiting< /strong>:

• knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
• knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft software products;
• knowledge of methods for searching and identifying faults in equipment, software;
• basic knowledge of computer networks;
• skills for working with ticket systems;
• responsibility, courtesy, honesty, attentiveness, restraint, analytical mindset.
