Technical support specialist in Ukrposhta

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist

Main duties:

• Preventive works and block repair and computer equipment (computer, printer, etc.) Keeping the appropriate documentation.
• Refilling cartridges for printers:
•  Filling ribbon cartridges for dot matrix printers. 
• Filling ink in inkjet cartridges
• Sending for refueling / collection from the contractor of cartridges for laser printers. Accounting for consumables and maintaining relevant documentation
• Laying computer networks, configuring network devices.
• Understanding of network protocols and services: TCP|IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Installation of operating systems on workstations. Working with Active Directory
• Basic understanding of the operation of Ukrposhta application programs used in the work (ARM VZ, TT/USC, BiPost, ERP, etc. On-the-job learning.
• Trip to the communications department for repairs/cabling.
• Other IT tasks as directed by the manager

The successful candidate meets the following requirements :

• Education - higher IT
• Experience in the specialty - at least 2 years
• High level of personal responsibility, decency, organization, ability to work in a team, systematicity, resistance to stress
