Technical support specialist in ABM Cloud

Hello,

we are the ABM Cloud and we are simply in love with what we do! We are currently developing 11 incredible products that are changing business processes around the world. They work with us in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, America and LATAM. But we always need new heroes, so right now we're looking for you, the legendary support manager for our three products: Inventory, Assortment and Shelf.

You will interact with:

•  Project managers
•  Analyst
•  Developers
•  QA

Your main tasks:

• Technical support of customers: control of correctness of data exchanges, consulting of users, answers to customer requests;
• Analysis of detected errors, their causes; generating appeals to developers;
• Assisting consultants in project work: writing instructions, setting, testing, support;
• Execution of internal procedures, company requirements related to operational activities;
• Writing methodological documents;
• User training.

How to understand that you are our candidate?

• Higher/unfinished higher technical education;
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
• Active life position, sociability, analytical abilities;
• Responsibility and attention.

• Confident command of Word, Excel.
• Ability to communicate well and structured.
