Technical support specialist in Metinvest Digital

Welcome to the Department of Remote User Support. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide quality service to our users. Ready to provide additional training.

KEY TASKS:

• Installation and configuration of standard and non-standard software, drivers, updates;
• Providing advice to users by phone, chat, mail;
• Help in obtaining requested authorizations for business systems;
• Performance of basic administration tasks active directory.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Full or partial higher education in IT -direction;
• Experience in IT user support;
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb a large amount of information;
• Interested in providing technical support to users.< /li>
